A Lifetime of Creative Activities

Lisa Rayner is a lifelong creative thinker who wrote her first poem in second grade, her first novel at 21, and has been writing with all her heart and soul ever since.

Shelf Life of A Trophy Wife is her latest work.

In her previous life, she was a PR pro who specialized in writing, planning, marketing, branding, and producing events and strategic promotions. She has created marketing/media promotions and special events in Atlanta, New York, and LA.

A Telly Award-winning producer/writer/director, she now serves as a publicist, working with luxury clients in the fields of finance and fashion, hospitality and health, restaurants and renegades, as well as attorneys and Artificial Intelligence.

Previously, Lisa served as the PR/branding partner with E+L Communications/Design firm and was a partner with BOLD Entertainment, producing shows for Turner Original Productions and NYC based clients.

Samples of her noteworthy events include the 50th Anniversary Celebration of “GONE WITH THE WIND” for Turner Broadcasting, the brand launch of shoe guru FUMU ROI, and the major film party “Back to the Garden” for the Woodstock Film Festival.

Lisa was instrumental in establishing the Enlightenment Luncheon series with Laura Turner Seydel and Stephanie Blank to raise awareness about children’s environmental health issues.

She is a board member of Mothers & Others for Clean Air, an initiative of the Georgia Lung Association. In 2010, Lisa received the Woman of the Year award from Chayil, a foundation dedicated to helping battered women navigate life after leaving.

A strong believer in giving back to the community, Lisa consults with non-profit organizations for their event and sponsorship needs and has produced charity fashion shows, balls, events, luncheons, and parties for the American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, battered women’s shelters, children’s shelters, environmental groups, educational endeavors, and ASPCA, among many others.

She’s also a past and present member of several charity organizations, all the while supporting her many friends in their foundations and charities, such as the Atlanta Ballet, Atlanta Opera, Meals on Wheels, JDRF, Drop Dead Gorgeous, Jeffrey Fashion Cares, Mothers & Others for Clean Air, and the Captain Planet Foundation.

She is a native Atlantan, mother of two daughters, and a UGA Grady College of Journalism graduate.

She now lives in Athens with her Manolo Blahniks, Jimmy Choos, and Brian Atwoods, as well as many fashionable friends and family.

Lisa Kaye Rayner has produced and hosted PR/marketing/media promotions and special events on both coasts--from New York to Los Angeles and in her native Atlanta.

She is a full-time publicist and PR maven who has been writing since the age of seven. With a penchant for poetry, as well as The Great Southern "Thank You" Note, her latest project,
